The kitchen at S Resort prides itself in using only locally sourced ingredients, handpicked by our Head Chefs. All fruit, vegetables, meat and fish are bought from local markets each morning, ensuring every dish on the menu is served using the most fresh ingredients available, often caught or harvested the very same day.
